It is in marvellous and easy location to a sprawling wholesale fish market, set right at the hotel.

The lounge area had lots of delicious meals for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with necessary amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal and comfortable, near to Aoto + sky train, and Tokyo station and other metro stations.

The location is fantastic with a Family Mart downstairs for snacks. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were a nice touch, although the room was smaller with some stains that needed attention. A decent choice for convenience and cleanliness.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Amenities

Our family enjoyed a 2-night stay. The corner twin room offered ample space and great natural light. We appreciated the cleanliness, though service was more functional than warm. Don't miss the onsite café, which served delicious pastries for breakfast. A plastic bag for used cups was a minor inconvenience.

The lounge area was a good surprise, with its inviting atmosphere and an array of complimentary drinks and snacks. The accessibility was fantastic.

Rooms are quite small, standard for the area, but maneuvering around can be tricky. Forget about opening up large suitcases. The hotel lacks an on-site laundry, meaning you'll need to trek about ten minutes to find one. Clear signage led me to the hotel's exit but once outside, it was a hassle to locate the entrance, even while navigating through the surrounding streets. A broken suitcase disposal option costs a pretty penny, too, disappointing.

I appreciated the clean atmosphere and the inviting lounge with complimentary drinks. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, delighting my taste for variety. The limited storage made unpacking a bit cumbersome. A wonderful stay in Tokyo!
